Return Policy

We use USPS Priotity Shipping for small packages.  Most packages arrive 2-3 days from the date the item is shipped.

We drop ship all furniture pieces and vintage pedal cars from the manufacturer directly to your door using freight carriers. 


What To Do When Your Piece Has A Manufacturer Defect:

You must retain original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your piece. In the case of a manufacturer defect, we reserve the right to replace or repair as we see fit. If you insist on returning because of a minor defect, and do not allow us to make an attempt to repair or replace the item, you will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee along with the freight costs of the return. If you receive a piece from Bratt Decor that suffers from a manufacturer defect, let us know at once. PLEASE NOTE: SMALL NICKS, SCRATCHES AND NON-THREATENING CRACKS ARE ALL PART OF THE VINTAGE LOOK AND ARE NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTS. Call us at 337.258.9134 and we will contact Bratt and let us know exactly what the problem is. We will assume all reasonable expenses to fix any manufacturer defect. We may require photos of the defect to help us understand your issues more clearly. Please understand, we may require your assistance, in order to improve our service to you.

Solutions may include: sending replacement parts, sending touch up paint, repairing on site, discounting the piece, and as a last resort, returning the merchandise. Your cooperation in these efforts (in retaining packaging, providing photos, re-packaging and making the merchandise available to repair companies and or freight companies) is required. We will make every attempt to resolve any issues as efficiently as possible.

How To Return When Dissatisfied:

You may return any Bratt Decor item for any reason within 7 business days of receipt of product for a refund. You must retain original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your piece. In the event that you wish to return your item, simply repackage the piece in the manner in which you received it, in it’s original packaging, and call us to place a call tag. If you have thrown away your packaging and wish to return merchandise, it is your responsibility to procure new packaging. You must repackage the item in an expert fashion to reduce risk of shipping damage. If you fail to re-package in an expert fashion, and shipping damage occurs, you may forfeit your right to a refund. Shipping charges for returns due to dissatisfaction are your responsibility. A refund will be dispersed within 30 days of our receiving the merchandise so long as it returns to us in good condition.

After 7 days it is assumed you are satisfied and no merchandise may be returned.

*All returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

Please make sure the spelling, placement, font and thread color are correct on your order before proceeding to pay.  Once the item has been personalized we cannot refund payment, but we do want you to be satisfied with your order so please feel free to call and discuss if you are dissatisfied with your item (337.258.9134).
